Partner’s Primary Stipulations

- 2.10. Promotions should exclude political personalities or narratives, or mimic content from alternative brands.
- 2.11. Upon request, partners should reveal their promotion techniques. Non-compliance can result in collaboration cessation.
- 2.12. For regulation breaches, partners’ accounts can be terminated without elucidation or residual payments.
Partnership Settlement Terms
The 1Win Partners Affiliate Program presents explicit terms for settlements:
- 3.1. All balances and summaries adopt the US dollar.
- 3.2. The reporting cycle bifurcates the month: 1st-15th and 16th-end.
- 3.3. Positive balances ensure payments within the initial three days post reporting cycle.
- 3.4. Modifying payment details mandates 5 business days’ notification, with the personal manager being notified.

- 3.6. Payment delays or Hold periods are dictated by the program’s administration.

- Complaints must entail: Full name, Email, Account ID, Dispute date & time, and Core issue.
- Grounds for application rejection include: Non-adherence to conditions, use of offensive language, threats or slurs against the program or its team, intent to smear the program’s image on social platforms, etc.
- Resolution endeavors last twenty days, dependent on data provision from partners.
- Discrepancies about a partner’s operations utilize their data.
- For non-compliance, the program might cease its partnership.
- If not settled in three months, the matter progresses to the legal corridors of the Republic of Cyprus, where 1Win Partners is registered.
